Explore the theme of ‘Growing’ with this fun action rhyme

I’m a little seed hiding in the ground

(sit on the floor with knees to chest and eyes tight shut)

Waiting for the springtime, I don’t make a sound

(put fingers to lips)

I’m a little shoot starting to grow

(kneel up)

Peeping through the earth, I shiver in the snow

(wrap arms around selves and shiver)

I’m a little plant getting taller every day

(stand up)

The light spring breeze makes me dance and sway

(sway from side to side)

I’m a pretty flower nodding in the sun

(hold arms up to represent open flower)

Welcome to my garden, everyone!

(nod and smile at the child next to you)

    Re: Resources

That’s fantastic to hear that you are finding our magazines inspiring.

An access code is now being printed with each copy of Nursery Education PLUS that will allow you to access the subscriber-only content attached to that issue. To use it, register on the site, and then click on a subscriber-only resource that you would like to use. This will take you to a page called ‘Confirm your magazine subscription’. Scroll down until you see a grey box called ‘or, enter your access code’. Enter the code here and click ‘Submit’. Please note that the code will only allow you access to content attached to that particular issue, and not the resource bank of previous months’ resources.

Unfortunately, Child Ed PLUS is no longer available through the shops, so you will need to subscribe to access the magazine and online resources. But, the good news is that a year’s subscriptions, which gives you six magazines and access to a resource bank of more than 6000 resources, cost just £19.98.

I hope this helps. Please get in touch if you have any questions.

    RESOURCES

I RECEIVE YOUR FAB NURSERY MAG AND WE ALSO HAVE CHILD ED MAG TOO . THE PROBLEM I HAVE IS THAT THE PAPER SHOP DELIVERS OUR COPIES TO SCHOOL FOR US AND SO WE HAVE NOT GOT A SUBSCRIPTION WITH YOU BUT HAVE ALWAYS BOUGHT THEM FOR YEARS. HOW CAN I DOWNLOAD SOME OF YOUR FAB RESOURCES WITHOUT SUBSCIBING TO YOU?
