Why can’t I use my Clubs Customer login to access the resources on this site?

There are two sections to the Scholastic website.

Register on the main Scholastic site to:

  • buy products from the Scholastic Shop
  • spend Rewards at the Scholastic shop
  • use the Book Fairs organiser tool kit
  • set up a We Are Writers book
  • access your Education Plus online subscription or enter an access code for an Education Plus magazine
  • use one of our digital learning applications such as Class PET.

Register on the Teachers’ Book Club site to:

  • place school Book Club orders
  • set up School Group Orders orders.

How can I receive your email newsletters?

You can receive weekly emails for Child Education Plus and monthly emails for Nursery Education Plus.

You have complete control on which emails you receive from us and can switch them on and off via your Manage Account.

I’ve been given an online access code – how do I use it?

  1. If you haven’t done so already, click ‘Register’ in the top-right-hand corner, then complete your details (if you’ve already done this, just log in).
  2. Now click ‘Manage account’ in the top-right-hand corner.
  3. Click on ‘Magazine subscriptions and access codes’.
  4. Now scroll down the page, below the subscriber details, to the box headed ‘Enter your access code’.
  5. Type in the access code.
  6. You should now have access to any online resources associated with a particular issue of the magazine. To see the resources, click ‘Magazines’ on the top navigation bar, then ‘Back issues’.

How do I unsubscribe from a Scholastic Education email list?

We hope you’ll love receiving your Education PLUS newsletter but if you’d like to unsubscribe for any reason it’s really simple.

Just look for the unsubscribe link which you’ll find in the footer of your last newsletter.

One click and your information will be removed from the mailing list.

Is it okay for me to share any resources I download?

We work hard to make our subscriptions as affordable as possible – please help us continue to do this by not sharing resources with your friends and colleagues.

My personal details have changed – how can I let you know?

You can amend your email or postal address, or choose a new password or screen name, by logging into the site as usual and selecting the My account link at the top right of the screen.

Make sure you select the ‘update details’ button to save your changes!
