Parachute play

All children love parachute games! Being part of a team, creating giant waves as the fabric floats up and down, provides great opportunities for developing communication skills and cooperation. Encourage children to listen out for instructions and to help each other keep hold as the parachute rises higher. And, if you don’t have a parachute, why not use a stretchy piece of fabric or duvet cover? The children will enjoy having a go at making parachutes for our bear and no doubt their own toys, too.
