Combine Anglo-Saxon riddles and PowerPoint to create a fun multimedia game
We tend to think of Anglo-Saxon English as being quite removed from the English we speak today, with many words appearing extremely strange and obscure. Yet, when unpicked, Anglo-Saxon texts are rich with interesting, fascinating and intriguing vocabulary – ideal for captivating the minds of young poetry writers.
