How long do you think an Early Years child should spend on a tablet each day?

Tablets should be available for all children to use freely, but good monitoring by adults is essential.

If a young child is to have access then it should be limited to 10 minutes. Children's speaking & listening skills alongside social skills appear to be deteriorating each year. It's alarming to see families having a meal in a restaurant all on some sort of electronic device rather than engaging with each other.
