Grumpy teachers who get pressure to push kids and to constantly have pupils making progress every lesson then put pressure on kids to constantly perform. As a teacher you don't feel able to say well do you always have to criticise, all be it in "positive" way and so kids never seem to have achieved always need to do more. Not good for pupils or teacher well being.

Parents who push or allow their children to take on so many extra curricular clubs - tr children are often exhausted and complain of how tired they are.

Poverty is the biggest barrier to address the other issues you mention. By poverty this for me covers not only material poverty but also emotional poverty.

I think mental health of parents and pupils is the biggest concern.
